As you know by now, we’ve recently purchased our first home and, well, we need everything. Legit everything. You name it, we need it. And you know what’s expensive? Just about everything we need. For real. When it came time to pick out some silverware, we figured it would be super boring (it kind of is) and super expensive. We were pleasantly surprised on both accounts from what we found online at Oneida. We know you’ve heard of them, but if you haven’t checked them out in a while, now’s the perfect time.

We’ve all heard about Oneida. Our parents had their flatware and so did our grandparents. And, well, so did our grandparents parents. That’s right, they’ve been around since 1880 and are now one of the largest sellers and designers of dinnerware in the country. Tried and true? You know it!
What we really love about them is their quality, their approachable price, and how much they’ve changed over the years – keeping up with the latest trends and styles, but always staying true to who they are. We always thought that silverware was all the same. But, boy were we wrong! We tried to go the cheap way time-and-time again, but after a month or so we noticed our forks and knives were totally rusting in the dishwasher. Sure we saved a bit, but it’s not really worth it.
