My Personal Experience
You know what I enjoy? Drinking. There, I said it. But when I’m having some friends over for drinks I pretty much can only offer them beer and wine because I don’t really know how to make a proper cocktail and, well, when I try I usually way over-pour. Enter: Barsys.
Like with most things in life these days, I first found Barsys on TikTok going viral in the TikTok Made Me Buy It hashtag. It’s really where I spend most of my time. I figured I should give it a try myself so made some purchases (yes, I actually bought it myself – they didn’t send me anything).

Their viral product is actually their Smart Coaster. As a quick overview, you basically download their app, choose the cocktail you want to make, place your glass on the smart coaster and it’ll change color, etc when you’ve poured the perfect amount of everything. You really can’t mess it up. While some may think it’s not really needed, if you’re of a certain age, you actually want your cocktails to taste good and be perfectly mixed (you can take shots later if you don’t think it’s strong enough).
Now their 2.0 system is the other product gaining steam. It’s basically a robot cocktail making system. It’s similar to the Bartesian, which is basically like a Keurig machine – but for cocktails. It’s definitely on the pricier side ($1,250) and – at last look there’s a waitlist. If you want to test out their more affordable way to make a drink, I think it makes sense to start with their smart coaster, which now runs under $100. You can’t go wrong.
Not only is Barsys actually helpful, but it’s a great conversation piece when you have your fam and friends over.
How I Saved
Of course if you follow me around here you know I’m always trying new products and trying to find ways to save on them. This usually centers around discount codes. So, yeah, Barsys does accept codes – but only active and official ones that typically will come directly from them. I did search around to find a “secret one” but they’re all really BS.
So, the best promo code they’re currently offering is a 15% discount when you sign up with your email address. It’s super quick, easy, and at least you know it’ll work. Plus, it’s a great way to stay in the loop when products come back in stock, new items are releases, and any additional sales or deals they may be running. Most sites seem to only give 5% or 10% off, so 15% is a great deal.
