The dopest and one of the best places online for true sneaker-heads and collectors is StockX. Haven’t heard of them before? I’ll walk you through what they’re all about, some of their coolest sneakers and NFTs, and the deal with their sales and coupon policy.
There are plenty of places you can pick out your favorite sneakers, but if you’re a true sneaker-head the one stop you gotta make is over at StockX. Not only do they have some of the coolest sneaker brands (and super hard to get kicks) you can buy, but you can also sell them directly on their platform. In fact, you can even bid on a pair of sneakers (or an NFT, apparel, electronics, figurines, etc) and potentially get it for way less than the asking price. So are even up to 40% off, which is pretty amazing.

It’s pretty amazing how StockX built a more than $1 billion resale business that’s thriving even in the most difficult of times. You may love the latest pair of Jordans, but are you willing to spend $3,000 for them? How about $90,000? What if you can get them for 40% – 50% off the asking price? Look, these types of items aren’t for the everyday shopper (at least not for me!), but don’t worry because you can still get some really sick Jordans in the $200 – $400 range and even walk away with them for 30% – 50% off depending on the asking price, your bid, and the last sale call. It’s basically like the stock market, but for the most insane merch online.
Here’s just a high-level of what they’re currently offering and which brands are involved:
- Sneakers: Air Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, New Balance, Gucci, Prada, and more.
- Apparel: Play Station, Nike, Moncler, The North Face, and more.

When it comes to discounts like major sales events and even coupon codes, StockX does things a bit differently than most other brands. It’s actually kind of cool and innovative, but may not be your cup of tea. They don’t really hand out discount codes the way that J. Crew does (for example) on the regular, but certain items will be discounted with its own unique code.
For example, in the summer you would save on any apparel item when you used the code: SUMMERFIT (that one has since expired) and you could even get an extra $10 off a pair of Jordans when you used their promo code: JORDAN23 in the discount box at checkout. A lot of times they’ll even have free shipping codes to help save on that as well. The point is, there really isn’t one place where you can go and look at the all, which is kind of a bummer – but they will display the info on the product page itself, so it really does pay to click around. You never know what you’re going to find and when!
Ok, so when it comes to sales events even those are way different than most. They’re more like giveaway sales events where, last Black Friday they were offering you a deal to automatically enter into a Year of Free Sneakers giveaway when you placed an order during Black Friday. Then, you could win a year of free sneakers, free streetwear for a year, $10,000 in StockX credit, and even an additional $5K in StockX credit for future purchases. The best part?
